Cancellation & Refund Policy

Package Payment Terms

(1) To confirm the booking, 50% of the total package amount must be paid in advance. The remaining 50% is payable upon arrival on the first day of the tour.

(2) Failure to pay the balance amount on time may result in cancellation of the booking without any prior notice from the company.

(3) Guests are required to carry the booking confirmation letter during travel, which includes hotel information, cab details, and emergency contact numbers.

Accepted Payment Methods:
Payments are accepted via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Wallets, or Cash Deposit at our office or partner banks such as HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, PNB, BOI, and Yes Bank.

Important Service Information:
(1) Tour packages can be customized according to customer preferences.
(2) Air-conditioning may not operate in hilly areas as per government regulations.
(3) Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM, subject to hotel policies.
(4) Meals will be served as per hotel schedules; missed meals are non-compensable.
(5) Hotel categories are based on location and amenities and may not strictly follow star ratings.
(6) Sightseeing itineraries may be altered due to weather conditions, road situations, or government regulations.
(7) Any extra expenses arising from natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the guest.
(8) The company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary for smooth tour operations.
(9) Guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification during the journey.
(10) The company will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, weather issues, or technical problems.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
(1) A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
(2) All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email.
(3) The advance payment of 50% is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 15 days prior to the travel date.
(4) In genuine emergency cases such as the death of a blood relative, a partial refund may be considered after deducting service charges and third-party costs, subject to document verification.
(5) Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
(6) Complimentary services are neither refundable nor transferable.
(7) The company holds the right to cancel the booking in case of non-fulfillment of payment terms.

Amendment Policy (Prepone / Postpone):
(1) Requests for travel date changes must be submitted at least 15 days before the departure date.
(2) One complimentary rescheduling is permitted, subject to availability.
(3) Any additional modifications may incur extra charges.
(4) Availability of hotels and transport depends on seasonality and demand.
(5) The advance amount will remain valid for rescheduling for up to one year from the original booking date.

Legal Jurisdiction:
Any disputes or legal matters related to online bookings made through this website, whether from India or abroad, shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Delhi.
